Returns/ Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any returns on eyelash strips or lash applicators once they've left our facility.
We are committed to 100% quality and cleanliness, and will not re-sell lashes. If your product is defective or damaged, we will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation! Please let us know upon receiving the product to discuss your options.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping confirmation to be sent via email.
Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number (if applicable).
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and can take up to 20 days depending on your location. Your signature is required at the time of delivery. If you are unable to complete shipping to your country, please email us at contactkvminks@yahoo.com.
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be directed to USPS directly (1-800-275-8777).
